Vegan 32 Recipe: Wellness Breakfast Bowl

I’m not a huge breakfast fan, and I often find myself skipping it. That’s a habit I’m trying to break! This refreshing and filling breakfast bowl is a great way to start the day during these warmer months. Skip the multivitamin and eat this instead!

It’s packed with fiber, protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, antioxidants, and healthy omega-3 fats that help boost your energy, beef up your immune system, and fuel your day! This recipe is quick, simple, and pretty delicious!



  • 3/4 cup Whole Grain Wheat & Barley Cereal (I used Nutty Bits from Meijer.)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (Plain or Vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup Blackberries
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries
  • 1 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Goji Berries
  • 1 tsp Spirulina Powder
